Today, October 24, the General Director of the National Office of Social Insurance, Elena Țîbîrnă, participated as a speaker at the international conference "SocGov 2025: AI for Humanity and Transformation," organized under the auspices of the Ministry of Labor and Population Protection of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

During the conference, Ms. Țîbîrnă presented the good practices of NOSI in the process of providing proactive and digital public services, which allow for the establishment and payment of social benefits for Moldovan citizens quickly, accessibly, without unnecessary travel and without difficulties, regardless of where they are located.

Participants in the event highly appreciated the experience and professionalism of NOSI in using modern information technologies in the provision of public social insurance services, noting that the model of the Republic of Moldova is an example of effective digital transformation in the field of social protection.
